Im not sure where warlock stands. Im sure highly though - I mean - There is king and queen... price and princess then scribes - scribes are high up there because they were really the only educated people at the time. They would record alot of stuff and read and be able to write.

A scribe is one who records all events onto parchment. Their status in the kingdom may vary. Yes, they were usually the only educated, but warlocks were normally well educated as well. Not all, but most.
The ranks normally goes as follows.
Royalty Knight Scribe/Warlock Blacksmith Pesant
Dragons..well...are not ranked as they are beasts.
